Shipping Information

Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Orders received after 12pm EST will begin processing the next business day. Shipping times may vary due to availability of merchandise.

Bhoom Shanti Online offers four types of shipping options for delivery within the United States. At this time, we are unable to ship to P.O. Boxes. All packages are shipped via UPS and USPS and we offer the following shipping options:

  • Ground
  • 3 Day Select
  • 2nd Day Air
  • Next Day Air

Tracking Your Order:

To track your shipment via UPS or USPS, refer to your order confirmation email for the tracking number; then simply enter your tracking number on the UPS website at www.ups.com to track your order shipment or on the USPS website at USPS.com.

Easy Exchanges

The following return policy only applies to online purchases made through www.bhoomshanti.com. All store purchases may only be returned to Bhoom Shanti Stores. Please contact your local store for in-store return policy information. 

1.    FINAL SALES: All sales of jewelry and items marked as Sale are final.

FINAL SALE items cannot be returned for exchange, credit, or refunds.
2.    For all other items to be eligible for an exchange or store credit, the merchandise must be returned unworn with tags, intact and must be accompanied by the original receipt. 

Returns are accepted within 14 days from the date the items were received. Items can be shipped back or brought in to any Bhoom Shanti store. At this time, prepaid return labels are not available. Return shipping is non-refundable.

Returns for Online Purchases made with Gift Cards or Store Credits:

Refunds can only be made in the form of a store credit. You will be emailed with a specific coupon code that does not expire. The amount can be redeemed at checkout.
